What's the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3?
Both include the full course. Tier 3 adds weekly live group sessions with Erskine — real-time Q&A, feedback on your actual cases, and the marketing & branding strategy content covered live. Those recordings are later added to Tier 2 as course content, but Tier 3 members get live access to ask Erskine directly.
Can I upgrade after I start?
Yes. Contact Erskine's team and they'll apply your previous purchase toward the higher tier.
Do I need prior man weave experience?
No. Every tier starts with foundational prep and builds from there. Barbers at all levels complete these courses successfully.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime for all course content. Weekly live session access is for the duration of enrollment in Tier 3 or 4.
Is there a certificate?
Yes — all tiers include a Certificate of Completion as a Certified Men's Hair Replacement Specialist. Tier 4 members receive theirs in person at Erskine Reeves Barber Academy.
